Remington 1816 is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform service and functional checks and preventative maintenance on company-owned equipment. The role involves documenting maintenance activities and performing repairs in compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Performs service and functional checks and preventative maintenance facility-wide on all manner of company owned equipment at intervals as determined by the manufacturer's recommendations or at the direction of work instructions or supervision

Documents all checks, services and repairs in such a manner as to keep equipment manufacturer's warranties in effect and to maintain compliance with plant, local, state and federal requirements

Performs repairs on facilities, systems, equipment or components that is consistent with mechanical ability, economically feasible and can be done in a timely manner

Perform other similar duties of comparable or lesser skills requirements as required or directed, including but not limited to assisting other technical and manufacturing employees in the maintenance of plant property, systems and equipment
