Riverway Business Services is seeking a Senior Lead Vendor Management Analyst to shape a major ERP transformation. This leadership role involves guiding a high-performing team to ensure efficient vendor onboarding and cross-functional collaboration during a fast-paced system transition.

Responsibilities

Lead vendor management analysts; oversee workload, training, and quality
Manage vendor onboarding in SAP S4HANA and third-party systems
Ensure complete and accurate vendor data: banking, tax forms, insurance, compliance
Conduct supplier calls to resolve onboarding barriers
Partner with Procurement, AP, Site Ops, Supplier Registration, and project teams
Support blackout period and SAP go-live activities
Standardize policies and drive process improvements
Create KPIs/scorecards; report progress to leadership
Identify bottlenecks and maintain supplier-readiness metrics
Support high-volume onboarding queue toward January 5 go-live

Experience supporting ERP transitions/go-lives
Experience with KPIs/dashboards/scorecards
Coupa experience
