Build strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure seamless renewals
Analyze coverage options and pricing to recommend the best solutions
Stay informed on market trends and carrier appetites to identify opportunities for growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, no experience required
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction
Knowledge of insurance products and markets is a plus
Preferred
Property and Casualty license; can obtain upon hire
