Responsibilities

Be a True Business Partner – Work alongside supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals

Drive Change & Improvements – Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges

Stay Connected to the Workforce – Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement and building strong relationships

Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Use insights to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success

Manage Core HR Responsibilities – Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance

Partner on Talent Strategy – Work with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent

Champion Culture & Engagement – Support initiatives that strengthen our culture and create exceptional employee experiences

Qualification

HR experienceBilingual - Spanish/EnglishProfessional certificationMicrosoft OfficeBachelor's degree in HR

Required

Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree is required

Bilingual- Spanish/English

8-10 years HR experience

Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software

50% travel

Preferred

An advanced degree is preferred

Professional certification strongly preferred
