Responsibilities

Review final Underwriting approval for mortgage loans in process to confirm completion and closing readiness

Utilize subject matter expertise to ensure that organization is adhering to current internal policies and State/Federal mortgage regulations

Review mortgage loan documents for accuracy and prepare mortgage closing packages to ensure that mortgage process is running efficiently and follows regulatory guidelines

Serve as back-up to Mortgage Funder, reviewing final signed closing packages for accuracy prior to wire request and authorization as necessary

Act as a liaison between the clients, underwriters, and organizational staff to ensure effective communication throughout multiple departments
