Responsibilities

Develop and execute account plans to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Miro
Establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including C-Level and VP-Level executives, by understanding their business challenges and aligning Miro’s solutions to their goals
Leverage Miro’s platform to address evolving customer needs, tailoring presentations and proposals to highlight new use cases and measurable ROI
Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless adoption of new solutions
Maintain a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities, accurately forecasting revenue growth within your accounts
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their objectives and expand their use of Miro
Stay informed about industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to enhance your ability to drive meaningful conversations and identify opportunities

Qualification

Required

2+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through account expansion
Proficiency in relationship-based selling techniques and methodologies such as MEDDPICC; strong presentation and storytelling abilities
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach (or similar), and Gong (or similar) to manage and analyze sales activities effectively
A passion for customer success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
