Clinical Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity
Manhattanville University invites applications for a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity in the School of Arts and Sciences. This position involves teaching undergraduate courses in Cybersecurity and Computer Science, developing curriculum, and mentoring students, all within a dynamic and interdisciplinary faculty environment.

Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate courses in Cybersecurity and Computer Science, including foundational and advanced topics
Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and emerging technologies
Advise and mentor students in academic and career planning
Participate in departmental, school, and university service, including committee work and program development
Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to support the growth of technology-related programs
Engage in professional development to stay current in the field
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated commitment to working successfully with a diverse student population, including low socioeconomic and first-generation students
Ability to teach a range of courses including programming, network security, ethical hacking, and digital forensics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Master's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
Demonstrated teaching experience at the college level
Experience with hands-on labs, simulations, and experiential learning
Familiarity with current cybersecurity tools, frameworks, and threat analysis
Preferred
Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+)
