Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, test and document air vehicle simulation subsystem plant models used in the development of and pilot training on fly-by-wire control systems

Mature and integrate GNC modeling for high fidelity flight simulation environments

Qualification

Required

BS in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of relevant engineering experience; OR MS in a STEM discipline and 6 years of relevant engineering experience

Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment

Knowledge of fixed-wing aircraft subsystems

Experience using MATLAB to create, process, analyze, and visually represent data

Experience using Simulink to model dynamic systems

Experience analyzing non-linear simulations data

Experience using configuration management tools

Familiarity with programming (C/C++, Python)

Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio
