Responsibilities
Lead efforts to optimize advanced manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence
Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality
Influence the planning and designing of manufacturing processes
Determine equipment and tools needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification for both existing and new processes
Maximize efficiency by analyzing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization
Support daily production activities and drive producibility projects to increase capacity through yield and cycle time improvements
Determine technologies needed by the team to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification, for improving existing and introducing new processes/product technologies
Assist in the development, integration, and own production implementation of both new equipment and/or process optimizations to increase capacity and yield
Support daily production activities and drive producibility and yield improvement projects in a challenging environment
Help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture
Qualification
