Responsibilities

Estimate, bid, and develop construction proposals

Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and procurement

Support project management and execution at remote field sites

Oversee safety, documentation, and reporting for each phase of the project

Communicate with crews and stakeholders to maintain technical accuracy

Assist with project closeout and information retention

Perform field labor and travel to job sites as needed (overnight stays required)

Qualification

Project management softwareConstruction experienceMicrosoft OfficeHeavyBid softwareRemote logistics familiarity

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of engineering or construction-related experience

Microsoft Office and project management software skills

Valid driver's license and ability to pass background, drug, and driving checks

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with remote logistics in Alaska

Experience with HeavyBid or similar construction software
