Responsibilities

Own, manage, and prioritize the backlog of initiatives, features, and bugs based on ROI, business strategy, and product or partner dependencies
Manage the product roadmap for Shipping and Automation
Advocate for features that will accomplish business goals
Partner with product marketing on go-to-market strategy and launch of features and initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all development and business stakeholders in order to ensure timely delivery of features and customer adoption
Monitor ongoing performance of features and act as point of contact for any questions, concerns, or suggestions
React and adapt to adoption and revenue metrics to drive product success
Translate vision and strategy into clear value propositions to create product requirements and specifications that can be actioned against by operations, engineering, QA, and other cross-functional teams
Create wireframes and specifications
Gather business and technical requirements from external and internal stakeholders
Advocate for the customer and improve the user experience
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends
Determine Product Market Fit and ROI of new features
Manage numerous projects from inception through launch
Author corresponding Knowledge Base articles and Help documentation
Establish user personas and flows

Required

Experience launching products that result in customer growth, engagement, and retention
Eight or more (8+) years of relevant product management experience
Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize initiatives and understand implications across different personas and the broader portfolio
Strong focus on customers – you find a great deal of satisfaction in knowing users, who they are and what they do, but most importantly, why they do the things they do
Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships – people want to work with you again
Ability to narrate a story for what problem you're solving for and the vision you're going after, combined with the capacity to dive into minute details
Experience working within agile design & engineering teams during estimation, feature development, PI planning. (Epics, capabilities, user stories)
Ability to communicate effectively, develop compelling recommendations, and inspire team members, cross-functional partners, and executives
Expertise in finding, gathering, and leveraging data to make decisions
Proven track record of launching new features and functionality
Excellent presentation skills, including developing presentation content and public speaking
Self-starter – ready to work in an intense but fun ‘startup-like' environment

Preferred

Professional experience with supply chain, eCommerce, shipping carriers, WMS, IMS, 3PL, or dropshipping is highly preferred
B2B SaaS product experience is preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
