Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy to achieve growth targets and attain annual budget for franchise license sales
Identify potential franchise owners and conduct initial evaluations to ensure they meet our qualifications and standards
Partner with franchise candidates as they progress through the qualification and license granting process to ensure that all requirements are met and documentation is received
Cultivate opportunities from leads that are provide by SDR and fosters positive franchise broker relationships to secure future leads
Collaborate with other departments to create marketing and sales materials to promote the franchise opportunity
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective franchise owners
Provide ongoing support to franchise owners to ensure they are meeting their goals and operating effectively
Monitor franchisee performance and take corrective action as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and organizations
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our franchise offering is competitive and attractive to potential owners
Partners with Marketing team to measure return on investment for lead marketing channels
Cultivates new lead generation sources in conjunction with marketing team and Chief Growth Officer
Collaborates with Marketing team to boost sales value proposition and efficacy

Required

Bachelor's degree or commensurate professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales/development
Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
Strong understanding of franchise sales and sales strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient utilizing MS Office Suite
Franchise Industry experience required; facility service industry franchise experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred

Experience in commercial facility of B2B services highly preferred
Project management experience preferred
