Clinical Team Leader - FACT/ACT

They are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Team Leader to oversee their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Greensburg, PA. Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Provide oversight and direction to the ACT team, ensuring clients receive high-quality, community-based care
Staff Supervision: Mentor and supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing weekly individual and group supervision and quarterly field supervision to foster professional growth
Daily Operations: Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adequate staff coverage and facilitating daily team meetings with detailed documentation
Client Admissions: Manage the client admission process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans in coordination with the psychiatrist
Direct Clinical Services: Dedicate 10 hours per week to providing direct clinical care to clients, including crisis intervention and therapeutic services
Community Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with community resources to ensure clients have access to housing, employment, and healthcare opportunities
Program Compliance: Ensure the program adheres to OMHSAS guidelines and complies with all regulatory standards

Required

Passionate and experienced in overseeing an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team
Ability to manage an interdisciplinary clinical team
Experience in delivering comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental health illnesses
Ability to lead by example as a practicing clinician and supervisor
Experience in mentoring and supervising a multidisciplinary team
Ability to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure adequate staff coverage
Experience in managing the client admission process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans
Dedication to providing direct clinical care to clients, including crisis intervention and therapeutic services
Ability to build and maintain relationships with community resources
Knowledge of OMHSAS guidelines and compliance with regulatory standards
