Delivers client engagements to ensure satisfaction and measurable outcomes
Partners with clients in shaping strategies that leverage AI and automation
Builds and sustains strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Identifies and wins new client opportunities by building relationships and delivering insight and value
Delivers training and thought leadership on AI tools, prompting techniques, and innovation
Leads delivery teams to deliver AI transformations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills – strongly builds trust and leads senior-level client conversations, upskilling, brainstorming, planning, and change management
Strong Domain Expertise and Industry Experience – ideally at VP level or above in domains such as marketing/sales, finance, or talent/culture and data-intensive industries like financial services, healthcare, engineering, or analytics
Effectively understands strategy and translates business needs into technology solutions. Prefer strong technical knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging tools
Rapidly learns, quickly consumes information and converts it into applied impact
Energy, drive, and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges
Client-first orientation with focus on long-term partnership and impact
Delivers client engagements to ensure satisfaction and measurable outcomes
Partners with clients in shaping strategies that leverage AI and automation
