Spartan Graphics is seeking a Packaging and Fulfillment Specialist to manage daily shipment schedules and ensure efficient order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating packaging and shipping processes while utilizing data analytics to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage daily shipment schedules in alignment with order priorities, customer requirements, and carrier deadlines

Determine appropriate cartonization, packaging materials, and protective methods to optimize cost, efficiency, and product integrity

Coordinate and oversee order staging, packing, labeling, and preparation for outbound shipment

Maintain an organized and well-supplied fulfillment area to support efficient workflow

Collaborate with Production, Inventory Control, and Customer Service to ensure product availability, accurate documentation, and on-time shipment

Resolve operational or packaging issues to prevent delays and maintain service reliability

Ensure all outbound orders meet quality standards, packaging guidelines, and customer-specific shipping requirements

Utilize Excel and related tools to analyze shipping data, packaging utilization, productivity metrics, and cost trends

Prepare routine reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making

Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement related to packaging, labor efficiency, and freight cost reduction

Assist with maintaining accurate shipping and fulfillment data within ERP and carrier systems
