Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing outreach and community service projects
Support volunteer coordination, including registration, communications, and event-day logistics
Help manage inventory, donation tracking, and supply distribution for service events
Assist with data entry, reporting, and impact documentation
Participate in community engagement activities, representing UMC& TPH Outreach & with professionalism and compassion
Support marketing and communication efforts for upcoming outreach initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the mission and values of UMC & TPH Outreach
Qualification
Required
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must submit two (2) non-family recommendation letters (teacher, pastor, or supervisor)
Interest in community outreach, nonprofit leadership, social impact, or ministry
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in dynamic environments
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist with setup or distribution as needed
