Barrett & Stokely is a real estate investment and management firm engaged in multifamily real estate development and management. They are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventative maintenance, respond to customer service requests, and assist with various maintenance tasks while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

As instructed by Maintenance Supervisor, completes preventative maintenance activities

Provide excellent customer service in fixing customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to assigned maintenance requests

Assist with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types

Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls)

Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy
