Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting process from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing for multiple requisitions across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals
Hiring Partner: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define job requirements, and develop structured interview processes that assess for both skills and cultural fit
HR Collaboration: Partner with HR to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists)
Deep expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems like BambooHR or similar)
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
