Employee Experience Specialist

Responsibilities
Support the execution of the employer brand by partnering with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to ensure recruiting materials, interview communications, and candidate touchpoints reflect the company’s values and culture
Coordinate and maintain interview and candidate experience standards across roles and locations
Manage and update candidate-facing materials (interview guides, email templates, welcome content, careers page inputs)
Track and collect feedback from candidates and recruiters and recommend improvements to the interview and hiring experience
Plan and execute employee experience programs such as events, recognition moments, cultural celebrations, and engagement activities
Support company-wide initiatives related to belonging, recognition, and connection through scheduling, logistics, communications, and tracking participation
Partner with People Operations and HRBPs to support onboarding events, orientation sessions, and early-tenure programs
Coordinate all workplace and experience elements of onboarding (desk setup, office access, welcome kits, swag, first-day logistics)
Serve as an on-site point of contact to ensure new hires have a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized first-day experience
Gather feedback from new hires and identify opportunities to continuously improve the onboarding experience
Track participation, feedback, and basic engagement metrics for events, onboarding, and programs
Identify recurring issues or gaps in the employee or candidate experience and propose practical, scalable improvements
Keep documentation, templates, and tools up to date to support consistent delivery across teams and locations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in workplace experience, employee engagement, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or people operations
Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging employee-facing content
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships across teams and levels
High attention to detail with a service-oriented, employee-first mindset
Creative, collaborative, and passionate about culture, belonging, and the employee experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams
Ability to work on-site in our downtown Nashville, TN office at least four (4) days per week
Comfortable serving as an in-office presence and point of contact for employee experience and onboarding activities
Preferred
Experience with engagement, survey, or recognition platforms is a plus
