Responsibilities
Support the development and evolution of Databricks /AWS offerings in collaboration with senior leaders
Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Sales to help shape and operationalize go-to-market solutions
Provide hands-on presales and solutioning support to enable successful client pursuits
Engage with clients during both sales and delivery phases to ensure solution alignment and execution excellence
Collaborate with CoE and business leaders to showcase the value of cloud solutions and contribute to growth
Partner with the Databricks /AWS global alliance lead to strengthen the relationship and ensure alignment with shared objectives
Collaborate on joint initiatives, contributing insights and execution support to maximize partnership impact
Leverage the proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company in our chosen industry and process focus areas to create differentiated offerings on the Databricks /AWS platform
Support in driving the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge our IP with Databricks /AWS services
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that showcase the combined strengths of our company and Databricks /AWS
Support the development of compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts
Be a part of a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of Databricks /AWS while incorporating our industry-specific insights and IP
Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements
Help support the practice leader establish the Databricks /AWS Business Group as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, whitepapers, industry events, and other knowledge-sharing initiatives
Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise
Regularly report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Proven years of experience in senior leadership roles within a technology consulting, system integration, or related field
In-depth expertise in Databricks /AWS services, architecture, and cloud solutions
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and transformative change
Experience in developing and launching successful joint go-to-market initiatives with technology partners
Leadership experience in managing high-performing teams and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Experience across both Databricks and AWS is highly preferred
Certifications in Databricks /AWS services are a plus
