Expertly serves as the primary support contact, providing essential assistance and solutions to application end-users, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional user experiences
Conducts thorough and meticulous analysis, addressing technical issues related to the application, and excels in data collection, contributing to system efficiency and accuracy
Demonstrates proficiency in system maintenance tasks, including error queue management, and actively participates in development, execution, and system testing, adhering to industry best practices
Possesses a strong ability to identify potential system enhancement needs, introducing innovative best practice options for future workflows and processes, fostering continuous improvement and optimal system performance

Demonstrated expertise with in-depth knowledge of the software, showcasing proficiency in its functionalities and capabilities
Possesses a prestigious EHR Certification in a key business area, specifically Epic Ambulatory, underscoring commitment to excellence in the field
Skilled in developing strategic business plans, aligning technological initiatives with organizational goals to drive success
Exceptional ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers, coupled with active listening skills to translate their needs into actionable solution
Comprehensive knowledge of Population Health, Community Health, and Public Health domains, enhancing insights into comprehensive healthcare management
Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, healthcare information systems, and best practices, contributing to informed decision-making and efficient system utilization
Epic Ambulatory Certified (Required)
