Responsibilities

Responsible for daily communications to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)

Texting, emailing, phone calls to drive and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)

Primary focus on setting appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)

Act as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of investor satisfaction

Regularly communicate fund performance, investment strategies, and any relevant updates to investors

Oversee the efficient management of investor documentation, including subscription agreements, investor updates, and regulatory compliance documents

Ensure accuracy and completeness of investor records, maintaining confidentiality and security

Generate and distribute periodic reports to investors, summarizing fund performance, financial metrics, and other relevant information

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data for reporting purposes

Facilitate the onboarding process for new investors, guiding them through required documentation and accreditation procedures

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Assist in organizing and coordinating investor meetings, including annual meetings, conference calls, and special presentations

Prepare materials and presentations for investor meetings

Utilize Hubspot to maintain accurate and up-to-date investor information

Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance database functionality

Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with investors, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Collaborate with the broader team to enhance the overall investor experience
