Responsibilities

Serve as the Weapons technical lead and SME for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing expert guidance and expertise
Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for tools
Define analysis methods and techniques
Develop and maintain technical analysis plans, roadmaps, analysis, and assessments to drive project success
Collaborate with cross-functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specifications
Coach, train, and mentor less experienced engineers in analysis and engineering methods
Provide technical guidance to analysts and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
Develop and review comprehensive technical analysis documentation, including system designs, test and analysis plans, test plan working groups, analysis reports, and assessments
Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications
Lead team in using common and innovative analysis methods and techniques
Create an environment of critical thinking on the team
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needs

Required

Significant Weapons knowledge/experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics preferred), or similar STEM field from an accredited college
Demonstrated history of analysis and critical thinking
Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process

Preferred

Demonstrated skills of leading a team doing analysis and reporting
Strong communications skills
Strong technical leadership experience, leading teams of over 5 people to plan, execute, and report on projects
Demonstrated experience and skills building successful teams solving complex problems
Demonstrated strong project management skills and capability managing all project aspects – technical, schedule, and cost
Demonstrated ability to take a project concept to successful completion
Knowledge/experience working with proposals
Experience with project management using Agile process, Scrum, and JIRA
