General fleet maintenance and repair
Retrofit/modify prototype vehicles to accept new hardware designs from engineering
Diagnose and repair failures found with prototypes
Provide failure analysis and design concerns back to engineering
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience working in automotive troubleshooting and repair
Equipped with own tools
Ability to operate and maintain shop tools and equipment as well as operate and maintain various hand and power tools
Willing to work a flexible schedule as well as the ability to travel
Work independently and/or collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Show attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities/schedules
Excellent communication and written skills combined with Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred
Technical certification from accredited automotive training institution
