Responsibilities
Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Planning, Manufacturing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
Translate business requirements into a functional design document
Architect and help lead/configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform
Guide the functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
Assist in presales activities, including the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle SCM
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM)
Ability to lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements
Experience in translating business requirements into functional design documents
Experience in architecting and configuring the Oracle SCM Cloud application
Ability to act as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for clients
Experience in guiding functional and technical SCM teams in development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies
Experience in leading system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
Experience in assisting in presales activities, including preparation of proposals and product demonstrations
Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants
Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
