Lead data management initiatives
Coordinate key events that strengthen the OVPEC information systems and engagement with the MIT community and external partners
Recommend and implement IT tools that support effective data management
Help define the unit's plan for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Play a key role in organizing and managing a broad range of internal and external community outreach programming
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
a minimum of three years of relevant experience
strong quantitative and organizational skills
experience managing data and data sets
ability to work independently on multiple projects with excellent time management
experience implementing or using CRM software
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to exercise sound judgment and solve problems proactively
Preferred
Master's degree
