Responsibilities

Leads Latent/Root Cause Analysis for reliability incidents. And when applicable, leads warranty response efforts for technical scope

Responsible for analyzing reliability data to provide feedback to counterparts in TSS, Design, Product Management, Production, Supply Chain, and R&D, so as to increase the reliability of the products offered by EagleBurgmann

Responsible for evaluating failed seals as needed and providing a detailed failure analysis with application recommendations in a Seal Failure Report

Evaluates application information for the purpose of reviewing requested changes or substitutions to the current seal design to minimize safety concerns. Makes recommendations for seal types, materials and sealing systems

Troubleshoots products and systems when required. Documents findings & recommendations in a report

Aid in the field with troubleshooting of seal installation and performance issues when necessary

Works closely with service, design and manufacturing staff for the timely execution of repairs

Assists in the promotion, selling and servicing of our products in the USA territory, consistent with the objectives of the company and the needs of the customer

Supports key target continuous improvement projects and ensures their alignment with core strategic goals

Assist in developing and maintaining sales tools including surveys, reference lists, status updates, presentations, standard proposals, and technical guidelines

Reviews of drawings and product operation & maintenance manuals when needed

Provides customer presentations and product training, as well on site if required

Participates in development projects for new products and as well provides input for application engineering tool development
