The Enterprise Network Services Engineer will support Medical Treatment Facilities in the DHA Enterprise, troubleshooting network issues and maintaining connectivity for DHA hospitals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting network security solutions related to routing, load balancing, and application delivery
Working in a team setting making recommendations related to troubleshooting, device configuration, and documentation
Resolving issues in a timely manner dealing with a variety of different network devices to include Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and F5 load balancers

Required

Strong background in programming and automation
6-9+ years relevant experience in supporting WAN/LAN technologies (Routing Protocols)
A strong working knowledge with Cisco Routers/Switches, Palo Alto Firewalls, and F5 devices
A good understanding of TCP/IP in regard to routing and subnetting
Must be a team player that can work under pressure with good written and oral communication skills
Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and hold a DoD Secret Clearance
Experience with the following Network protocols and services: Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), Access Control Lists, Layer 2 Switching, Spanning Tree, Packet Analysis, and F5 modules

Preferred

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not required
