The role involves providing excellent customer service and working collaboratively with the Service Department to resolve issues and complete detailed service reports.

Responsibilities
Install/troubleshoot/repair pump systems in the field and in our shop
Drive to customer jobsites in company vehicles (including crane trucks)
Provide excellent customer service and insure all issues are resolved
Complete detailed service and warranty reports
Work as a team with your coworkers in our Service Department
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to troubleshoot, disassemble, and reassemble pumps of from multiple manufacturers
Ability to recognize, understand, and troubleshoot electrical controls
Ability to use hand tools, power tools and other related electrical/metering equipment
Ability to work quickly, while always utilizing safe work practices
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
High School or equivalent. Education and experience will be considered
Ability to stand, stoop and/or kneel for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs pounds at a time
Self-Motivated
Ability to work independently
Ability to interact effectively with all types of customers
Preferred
Valves and Motors a plus
HVAC Powers and controls a plus
Motor Control Centers a plus
