Responsibilities

Assist the Buying Center Manager and Flex Inventory team with vehicle intake, documentation, and coordination
Observe and participate in the used car purchase process, including appointment scheduling, appraisal preparation, and documentation review
Support inventory tracking, vehicle key management, and lot organization
Help coordinate vehicle logistics such as vendor pickups, vehicle shuttling, and reconditioning scheduling
Learn how to evaluate used car market trends and sourcing opportunities through platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and ACVMax
Assist with project-based assignments focused on process improvement or data organization
Maintain and organize documentation such as vehicle purchase files, titles, registrations, and vendor invoices
Help manage vehicle readiness tracking tools and reporting for Flex and Pre-Owned units
Participate in cross-functional coordination with Sales, Service, Recon, and Business Office teams
Participate in Servco’s structured intern learning program, including leadership sessions and team presentations
Gain exposure to dealership operations, customer service processes, and automotive reconditioning workflows
Present end-of-program learnings and recommendations to management
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled in or graduated within the last 6 months from a college/university program
Previous experience with volunteer work, school/student activities, leadership roles, etc
Interest in automotive operations, logistics, or business management
Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and complete tasks as assigned
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required for vehicle movement duties)
