InternJascko Corporation is South Florida’s leading HVAC manufacturer’s representative, and they are seeking a part-time, paid intern for the Project Coordinator position. This role involves coordinating project bids, managing communications with the sales team and customers, and maintaining accurate project information.

Responsibilities
Coordination of bid calendar
Downloading of plans from customers’ websites
Uploading of plans to internal servers
Designation of bidding status and job assignment to sales department
Assistant to fulfillment department and project management
Communications with sales team and customers
Updating of information regarding bids and projects on shared access programs, such as Zoho CRM
Qualification
Required
Prominent command of computers and internet, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team player
Strong work ethic
