Sales Development Executive (SDR)
R2G Digital is a performance marketing agency focused on helping high-growth eCommerce and SaaS brands scale. They are seeking an ambitious Outbound Sales Executive to manage client acquisition through high-volume calling and lead qualification, with a path to transition into a closing role.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-intent leads, book qualified appointments, and hand them off to our closing team
Make 80–120 cold calls per day to targeted eCommerce and SaaS founders, using proven scripts and frameworks to engage decision-makers and generate interest
Use our five-point ICP checklist to qualify prospects, ensuring that only high-fit leads are passed to our closers
Log all conversations, insights, and objections in the CRM, providing detailed context for every lead handoff
Manage email or LinkedIn outreach campaigns for additional exposure and lead generation
Qualification
Required
Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by financial results
Comfortable with rejection and able to bounce back fast
Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn proven frameworks
Disciplined enough to perform without micromanagement
Focused on becoming a closer, not staying an SDR forever
Ability to make 80–120 cold calls per day to targeted eCommerce and SaaS founders
Ability to use a five-point ICP checklist to qualify prospects
Ability to log all conversations, insights, and objections in the CRM
Preferred
Experience in outbound or digital marketing is helpful but not required
