Responsibilities

Provide administrative sales support, including coordinating documents, handling requests, and maintaining accurate records to assist the production team

Support Salesforce projects by updating data, tracking prospective activity, and ensuring clean, reliable CRM information for the sales pipeline

Assist with Property & Casualty (P&C) tasks, including reviewing policy details, preparing materials, and organizing information for producers

Shadow producers to gain exposure to client interactions, renewal strategy, prospecting methods, and sales best practices

Contribute to business development efforts by supporting outreach, preparing pre-meeting materials, and utilizing AI tools to enhance producer efficiency

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
