We are seeking a strategic Director of IT to lead our global technology vision, responsible for the 24x7 availability of our global cloud infrastructure, the security of our intellectual property, and the scalability of our internal systems.

Responsibilities
Architect and manage resilient, scalable, and secure global 24x7 cloud infrastructures (AWS/Azure) to support our PLM and SaaS solutions
Own the company’s security posture. Maintain and evolve policies for SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and SOX compliance. Implement Zero Trust architecture and identity management systems to harden enterprise security
Lead a high-performing global team providing Tier III & IV technical support and incident management. Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for infrastructure reliability
Manage the IT P&L, including vendor negotiations, contract management, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
Oversee the selection and integration of internal enterprise business systems, ensuring seamless end-to-end data flow between cloud and on-premises applications
Author and test robust DR/BCP strategies to ensure fault tolerance across all critical application platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ Years of IT Experience: With at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams
Cloud Native Expert: Proven experience architecting private/public cloud environments for high-availability SaaS companies
Compliance Veteran: Deep, hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA is non-negotiable
Technical Chops: Background in Computer Science or related field. Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD strategies, and modern IT service management (ITIL v4)
Preferred
Experience integrating technologies and teams post-acquisition (like Taleo/Oracle integrations) is a strong plus
