Design generator enclosures, sound-attenuated housings, electrical enclosures (VFD, PLC, MCC, switchgear), structural skids, frames, weldments, and custom assemblies
Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are practical, repeatable, and cost-effective
Generate accurate flat patterns, bend deductions, and forming information
Program parts for lasers, punches, tube lasers, and press brakes using CADMAN Suite and Artube
Produce clear fabrication drawings, weld details, hardware callouts, and bend notes
Enter and maintain BOMs, routings, part metadata, and revision control inside Fulcrum ERP
Ensure engineering data is clean, structured, and fully ready for release to manufacturing
Work within SolidWorks PDM to manage files, revisions, workflows, and approvals
Develop and maintain Ameritex engineering standards, templates, and modeling practices
