Responsibilities

Serve as the go to authority for analog and power circuit design, analysis, and documentation
Lead failure review boards and conduct supplier failure analyses to root cause and resolve issues
Perform hands on troubleshooting of electrical hardware and develop corrective actions
Create and validate circuit models, simulations, and test plans using industry standard tools
Support multiple system and sub system hardware streams simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines
Communicate technical findings clearly to cross functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in circuit design and reliability
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production efficiency and product quality

Required

Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of eight years of professional experience
Experience leading teams to design circuit cards
Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test
Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic capture
Experience with Cadence Pspice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
Demonstrated effective communication skills
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Experienced working in a production environment and troubleshooting CCA hardware
Proven background providing production line support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
Strong hands on skills and use of oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, power suppliers & automated test equipment
Experienced dispositioning non-conforming hardware (Material Review Board)

Preferred

Experienced with MFC Circuit card design processes
Experienced leading Failure review activities
Exceptional verbal, written and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively cross functionally
Strong risk management skills and experience
