Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions in collaboration with your engineering peers
Participate in design and architecture reviews
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve high-level systemic issues across platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, support, and business teams to deliver on company goals
Bring in new technologies and frameworks as you see fit
Direct engagement with your team and partners to develop and deploy secure, industry-standard code that’s robust and ready for production
Championing a culture of quality in every aspect of the development process, ensuring that the products we deliver are of the highest standard
Advocating for clean code practices, ensuring that our codebase remains manageable and efficient
Facilitating clear and effective communication across various teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all project phases
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in developing high-performance distributed systems
Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
Expert in Python, with a strong ability to select and integrate optimal tools and technologies
Experienced in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
Required experience with relational databases (e.g., PG)
Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing efficient tools, processes, and methodologies to address challenges and enhance efficiency
Ability to lead projects from inception to delivery, demonstrating capacity to work autonomously
Unwavering belief in the importance of documentation
Direct engagement with your team and partners to develop and deploy secure, industry-standard code
Championing a culture of quality in every aspect of the development process
Advocating for clean code practices
Facilitating clear and effective communication across various teams and stakeholders
Preferred
Knowledge of Java is a plus
