Responsibilities

Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolution to restore services

Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service

Design testing approaches, enhance complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with the automation of repetitive tasks

Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and update processes and procedures as necessary

Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, FFIEC, SOX, etc.)

Conduct project related research related to current security frameworks and posture assessments

Assist team members as needed

Required

4+ years' experience providing hands-on production support for cybersecurity applications on Linux, Mac, AND Windows OS environments

5+ years' experience in roles centered around infrastructure and application delivery (end user services) with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement success

4+ years' experience with Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management/Identity Access Management Tools, Asset Risk Management, and/or Digital Forensic tools

Experience developing and maintaining metrics that report on the overall state and health of the associated platforms and applications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Effective analytic/diagnostic skills

Ability to effectively manage and appropriately prioritize work in alignment to critical deadlines with the flexibility required in dynamic, enterprise environments

Ability to operate autonomously with limited levels of direct supervision

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred

Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment highly preferred

Any industry related certifications are a plus or must be willing to obtain certification within first 12-18 months of employment

Master's degree is a plus
