Responsibilities
Own the product direction, strategy, and roadmap for Snowflake’s streaming capabilities
Translate complex customer problems into clear product bets and successfully shipped features
Collaborate closely with engineering on system design, trade-offs, and execution
Spend time with users to understand what is broken, what is missing, and what matters most
Partner with design to ensure advanced workflows are intuitive, and work with GTM teams to launch products that resonate with customers
Drive cross-functional alignment across ingestion, platform, analytics, and AI teams
Make rigorous prioritization calls grounded in impact, scale, and customer value
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years in a product management position
Experience building products in data infrastructure, distributed systems, or real-time platforms
Strong understanding of streaming systems and event-driven architectures
Ability to engage deeply with engineers and reason about architecture and design choices
Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping direction from first principles
Strong communication skills and a practical, customer-first mindset
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
Preferred
Experience working with Kafka or similar systems is a strong plus
Master's degree is a plus
