Responsibilities

Leads high-impact supply chain operations initiatives related to strategic alignment, process and technology efficiencies, and future-focused innovation from inception through successful completion

Defines comprehensive project scope, develops detailed project plans and charters, and determines and assigns resources effectively to drive initiatives

Utilizes established tools, such as A3 methodology, to conduct rigorous current state assessment and create robust future state models for process improvement and system optimization

Guides and supports diverse cross-functional teams based on the unique requirements of each initiative, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with organizational goals

Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Operations Playbook, ensuring all project activities and outcomes are documented and integrated into standard processes for sustainability

Focuses projects on key strategic pillars including workforce development and sustainability, while mentoring peers who may lead specific project components

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred

3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

A Master's degree

2-5 years of professional experience in project management

Professional working proficiency of Google Workspace applications (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc)
