Mid LevelGBS Group is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to support their content engine for GBS Group and LLC Hub. This role focuses on the execution and design of high-quality visual assets across digital channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure designs align with campaign objectives.

Responsibilities
Create on-brand visual assets for GBS Group and LLC Hub based on provided briefs, copies, and captions
Design engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including carousels, static posts, and stories
Create YouTube thumbnails and other digital assets as needed
Ensure all designs align with the visual identity of the respective brand (GBS Group or LLC Hub)
Receive and interpret creative briefs and basic guidelines to produce polished assets
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure designs meet campaign objectives
Maintain clean systems and file management in Google Drive
Deliver final assets in a timely manner according to agreed-upon deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer for business or professional brands
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design, layout, and typography
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
Ability to work with different formats and aspect ratios for various platforms
Ability to receive direct feedback to improve creative output
Ability to operate quickly and solve design problems without constant supervision
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control
