Instagram Strategist, Short-Form Content Producer
GBS Group is seeking a Social Media Strategist, Short-Form Content Producer to enhance their content engine for GBS Group and LLC Hub. This role involves end-to-end content creation across various platforms including Instagram Reels and TikTok, focusing on transforming complex financial concepts into engaging content.

Responsibilities
Produce 2 to 3 short-form videos and graphics per day for GBS Group’s channels
Video Scripting: Writing engaging and well-structured scripts for content creators (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
Edit engaging clips tailored to Reels, TikTok, and Shorts by repurposing long-form advisory content or editing raw footage provided by leadership
Translate complex tax, accounting, and business growth concepts into simple, visual, and highly shareable content
Design on-brand visuals for video overlays, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Maintain a balanced content mix: Educational: Tax tips, compliance reminders, financial literacy. Inspirational: "Building a business worth owning," entrepreneurship mindset. Service-Focused: highlighting GBS capabilities and client success stories
Monitor platform trends and apply them appropriately to a professional B2B context
Review performance metrics weekly (Views, Retention, Engagement, Inbound Leads) and provide clear insights
Track KPIs specifically related to brand awareness and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads)
Suggest experiments or new formats to increase reach among our ideal clients (business owners with $1M+ revenue and hispanic entrepreneurs looking to register an LLC in the US)
Partner with the Marketing Manager to align on creative direction and upcoming campaigns
Contribute 10–15 new short-form ideas each week based on client FAQs and industry news
Maintain clean systems and documentation in Hubspot and Google Drive
Manage the pipeline of incoming raw footage from leadership to ensure a steady stream of content
Qualification
Required
3+ years creating high-performing short-form content for business, educational, or professional brands
Portfolio: Demonstrating strong editing, design, and creative execution (please include links to TikToks/Reels you have created)
Short-form editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut)
Graphic design for social (Canva or Photoshop)
Familiarity with AI tools (ej. Leonardo AI, Midjourney, CapCut AI, Gemini or ChatGPT) to accelerate generation of assets, scripting and editing workflow
Kind Candor: Ability to give and receive direct feedback to improve creative output
Pursue Growth and Learning: Willingness to learn the basics of our industry (tax/accounting) to create accurate content
Find Solutions: Ability to operate quickly and solve creative problems without constant supervision
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, file management, and version control
