Engage in client-facing meetings to observe, learn, and contribute while demonstrating strong conversation-handling skills and professionalism

Collaborate on projects using Co-Pilot, EPIC, and Indio to build technical competency and show initiative as a motivated learner

Actively network within the organization and maintain relatable, positive communication with team members and leadership

Take ownership of personal development by seeking feedback, proving reliability, and working toward clear, goal-focused professional growth

Approach tasks with an open mindset, valuing both internal collaboration and opportunities to learn from experts outside the organization

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions

Preferred

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Interest in Insurance related roles, members in Insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma
