CBA Electronics Technician (I Level) (2M) - T45 Kingsville, TX
V2X Inc is seeking a CBA Electronics Technician to troubleshoot and repair complex avionics and electrical components. The role involves coordinating with customers and management to resolve issues, conducting repairs, and maintaining documentation in the maintenance data system.

Responsibilities
Performs the troubleshooting and repairing of complex avionics/electrical components and subsystems discrepancies and modifications
In-depth knowledge with the operation and maintenance of various avionics/electrical support equipment and test benches
Proficient in reading wiring schematics and drawings
Accomplish testing and repairs of miniature/microminiature electronic assemblies and subassemblies
Coordinates with the customer, the OEM, management and work centers to resolve questions concerning avionics/electrical components, subsystems and support equipment modifications and repairs
Provides technical assistance, guidance and instruction as required
Estimates and accesses damage of avionics/electrical components/systems as related to crash and mishap damaged aircraft to include repair and/or replacement, man-hours, parts, components, and materials
Assists in P&E report preparation
Maintain cleanliness of the work center and around your assigned work area
Responsible for adhering to all applicable Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention rules and regulations
Responsible for adhering to Company Tool Control Program
Documents work accomplished in current Maintenance Data System, such as NALCOMIS
Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
Must be willing and able to accommodate rotating shifts
Must be able to travel 10% of the time
Must be able to attain (within 6 months of start date) and maintain all necessary security clearances required for this position
Must be familiar with operational capabilities and limitations of avionics/electrical systems and subsystems
Possess a thorough working knowledge of the detection, prevention and treatment of corrosion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years experience in aircraft avionics/electrical component and subsystems maintenance
Satisfactory completion of U.S. Armed Forces aircraft avionics component school
Completion of Miniature Electronics Repair Course A-100-0072
Completion of Microminiature Electronics Repair Course A-100-0073
Ability to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position
Ability to obtain the level of security clearance required by the Government
Valid state driver's license
