Responsibilities

Identify efficiencies within day-to-day workflows and recommend improvements to streamline operations

Manage and maintain accurate carrier information to ensure records are up to date

Assist with data migration and transitions between platforms (e.g., Monday.com/Epic to Salesforce)

Support open enrollment preparation through information gathering, document organization, and task coordination

Shadow both client-facing and internal meetings to build understanding of processes, communication styles, and service expectations

Complete marketing-related requests, including email drafts and Excel-based tasks, to support team initiatives

Complete a special project designed to support department goals and showcase learning and contributions

Required

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in a program related to one of our host departments (Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management and Insurance)

Interest in insurance-related roles; involvement in insurance clubs or Gamma Iota Sigma

Students anticipated to graduate in Spring 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027

Previous work or internship experience in a professional services or similar environment

An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and provide creative solutions
