Responsibilities

Triaging and working assigned alerts in Verafin platform
Researching and documenting cases using Verafin and other bank systems/resources
Generating compliant BSA regulatory reports, as applicable
Monitoring for adherence to various BSA procedures
Develop thorough understanding of procedures for all areas of responsibility
Develop knowledge of all compliance regulations within assigned area of specialty
Willingly perform all other duties and projects assigned by the BSA Officer

Required

2 or more years of banking experience in BSA/Compliance, transferable experience considered for the right candidate
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act, and all other banking regulations, where applicable
The technical skills to operate Verafin software for BSA/AML monitoring
Excellent research and deductive skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Must be detail-oriented
Must approach tasks with a sense of urgency and adhere to assigned deadlines
