Responsibilities
Create and maintain comprehensive quality assurance procedures while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Perform regular audits of production processes/products to identify and address any deviations from the standards
Serve as liaison between customer, operations, engineering, and business teams to ensure that products are built and delivered in accordance with customer specifications
Collect and analyze data to prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics
Work closely with engineering, production, customer, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
Lead projects aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgical, or Aerospace Engineering
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Experience in quality audits and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License
Successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives
Ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required
Successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies
Must be a US citizen
Preferred
ISO 9001:2015 certification
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
