EC Source Services, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Project Controls to serve as a key business leader within their Power Delivery Segment. This role involves defining project controls strategy and providing support to the Finance Leadership Team across large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

Define and drive project controls strategy
Implement consistent standards and tools across the segment
Lead dashboards and KPI’s
Monitor and Validate cost forecasts, accruals, budgets, and change orders
Oversee schedule performance
Establish a risk register and execution controls
Build, lead and mentor high-performing project controls team fostering technical best practices and continuous improvement culture
Interface with Senior Leadership and act as a trusted advisor to project teams and functional lines including regional leadership

Required

BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
8-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years serving in a leadership role supporting a field-based business
Working knowledge and understanding of financial reporting requirements and systems
experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance related issues
Hand on Oracle, Vista, JD Edwards or similar ERP systems experience
Strong record of building capable, committed and highly effective teams
Demonstrated experience leading teams/organizations through periods of extreme change and ambiguity

Preferred

MBA, MS and/or CPA preferred
energy/construction industry experience preferred
