HeyGen is a company dedicated to making visual storytelling accessible to everyone. They are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning and scaling the affiliate channel, managing the Rewardful platform, and executing targeted recruitment campaigns for affiliates.

Responsibilities

Manage Rewardful: onboarding, payouts, updates, audits, optimization

Activate current HeyGen users into affiliates through scalable campaigns

Launch targeted plays to recruit high-quality new affiliates

Refine positioning, comms, and incentives for different affiliate segments

Source and onboard 2–3 affiliate agencies to run acquisition experiments in parallel

Own agency management: scopes, pacing, expectations, communication

Develop clear benchmarks to evaluate performance and recommend scale/sunset

Build and maintain program infrastructure that supports scale

Identify early signals, unblock friction points, and ship fast experiments

Collaborate with Growth on prioritization and cross-functional support

Required

4+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven growth

Proven experience building or scaling an affiliate program

Comfortable owning agency relationships, including evaluation and accountability

Strong operational range: you can build a plan, execute, and iterate without waiting for direction

Experience with Rewardful, PartnerStack, or similar platforms

Preferred

SaaS or product-led experience

Location: Los Angeles preferred (remote OK for the right candidate)
