Responsibilities
You will develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality conversational experiences using React, Java, AWS, Sierra AI and various other tools/libraries
You will balance the trade-offs between complex infrastructure investments and quick, pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs
You will collaborate with other engineering and product stakeholders to define, design, and lead the development of significant multi-person projects
You will mentor and guide other engineers, providing technical leadership and advocating for best practices
You will stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and help evaluate new tools, models, and frameworks
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience, specifically in React and Java
Excited about LLMs, agent development, conversational UX, and emerging AI technologies
Experience with modern frontend technologies (React, TypeScript)
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
Love elegant interfaces that can tell stories and inspire trust
Teacher and a mentor: have the leadership skills (and the patience) to improve the developers around you
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers
Eager to help in the mission to create a fundamentally better real estate experience for customers
